Your group replaced my oil gauge sec and a week later it went, Paul had a new one in 1/2 a day and gave me a ride home and back. NO CHARGE you guys stand behind your work and were very nice and happy to help!

Pro 1 was able to quickly schedule a repair for a transmission issue. It was repaired at a surprisingly low cost and I was back on the road. Good group of people

Called to make an appointment with assurance I would be out the door in 30min for an oil change. After waiting over 50min I noticed they guy working on my truck attempting to fill my windshield wiper fluid which I filled the day before and was visably full. I then asked how long my truck was going to take he said another 30-40min. I asked if he could just change my oil so I could keep my set schedule. He ignored me. After the front office asked him to just change the oil, I was out in 10min! I did NOT bring my truck in for you to spend an hour trying to find something to charge me for, then finally getting done what I requested. Be more respectful for a customers time then your bottom line.

Have taken my 2500 in for smog for the last three years and the service was great...in and out quickly. Last week I had to have the truck towed in after it died in a left turn lane. It was late in the day and they gave me a ride home and promised a call in the morning. The call came in morning and they told me that they tested the batteries and found one ok and the other very weak, put it on charger over night and it still tested weak. Recommended replacement and since the batteries we 5+ years old I agreed. They also noted that the fuel filter was leaking and was sucking in air. Fixed that and I was able to pick up truck that day. Paul and Gian were great and gave me options and advice. I highly recommend Pro-1!
