Stop in to get a diesel smog, was greeted upon entering. Service Tech took my keys, grabbed my truck and smogged my truck and was done in about 15 mins. State up'ped the fees apparently to $50 now but the team at Pro 1 Automotive was professional and fast. They are friendly, offer a clean waiting room with seating, coffee, water and customer restroom. Television available and on playing something (sorry didn't pay attention to what was on). Handicap parking up front. Pro 1 Automotive offers a lot of different services for both gas and diesel vehicles. I recommend Pro 1 Automotive, stop by, check them out, give them your business. You will be glad you did.

I was working in Reno, and I had a check engine light come on my dashboard. Stopped by Pro1 Automotive and the crew took great care of me and my truck. Ended up just being a worn radiator cap. Paul, Dustin, Eddie and the boys were prompt, professional, courteous, and so helpful. These guys are honest, professional, and they genuinely care about you and your vehicle. Highly recommend!

This auto center is clear and upfront about what it will cost. No surprises. Also it is true to its word. I had to return my vehicle because a leak was not fixed. They said if it was not fixed I could return it back . No charge. As a woman who has been burned by other auto mechanics , I really appreciate integity.
