I would hear Pro1 commercials on the radio often and decided to try them out when the local Chevy dealer gave me the run around about not being able to take 5 minutes to scan my truck when I already had an appointment for airbag replacement. Generally I do most of my own maintenance but when more major things are needed Pro1 has proven to be a reliable and quick place to get things done. Our latest repair was for our 2018 Yukon XL (96k miles) that just we just purchased last year. There was a check engine code, some oil leaks, and front brakes were recommended. They also did new spark plugs and wires and ended up replacing the high pressure fuel pump. The cost was not cheap, but prices were better than the dealer and Paul was very good at keeping me in the loop about what was needed and how long it would take. We dropped the Yukon off on Monday and had it back Wednesday. The invoice was clear and itemized, and we have had no issues since getting it back a few weeks ago. All the work is guaranteed for 2 years 24k miles, and since this the family vehicle, it's good to have these things fixed. Pro1 has been around for a while and we will take our vehicles there for the foreseeable future.
