So, where do I even start This is my first time I have used Pro 1 Automotive. I've heard them advertising on the radio all the time and I finally decided to give them a try From the moment I walked in the door. It was a perfect experience The service advisor Paul greeted me and was quick and efficient I dropped the car at 9:30 AM and by 11 AM. They had already diagnosed the problem and had ordered the part By 1 PM the car was completely finished and ready for pick up. I am completely blown away by the level of service and how quickly the repair was done Secondly, I know how car repairs go these days and I was honestly expecting a repair of about $1000 When Paul called me back he told me it would be $490 total. I could hardly believe it This has become my new go to mechanic repair shop. Thank you for everything. Pro 1 Automotive and I will be back.

Excellent service as as always. Scheduled an appointment and truck was in and out in less than 45 min. Staff as always was courteous and professional. Have been going there for years and will recommend to friends; top-notch job as always.
