Absolute negligence. I brought my Jeep here for a diagnostic scan because of a check engine light. My Jeep was running completely fine when I dropped it off. I already have my own scanner but wanted a professional second opinion. Not only did they charge me $200 to give me the exact same information I already knew, but they also severely mishandled my vehicle. They checked my intake manifold, told me I needed an OEM replacement, and said the vehicle was ready after several hours. The moment I picked it up, it was running incredibly poorly. I immediately had them check it again, but they couldn't figure out what was wrong. They checked all the connectors and said that all they had done was to remove the intake manifold actuator motor to see if the flap inside the intake manifold was spinning like it should. He also mentioned that when he removed the actuator motor he heard a thump. When I got home and inspected the engine myself, I was shocked. They completely failed to put the drive shaft pin back inside the intake manifold so that it would engage with the actuator motor—luckily, it was resting on the engine block below and hadn't fallen out on the drive home. To make matters worse, they only put 2 out of the 3 screws back onto the actuator motor. This blatant laziness and carelessness caused my Jeep to stall out and run extremely loud. I contacted the shop and spoke to Paul. While he apologized, he only offered a free smog check for their mistake and promised to call me back. It has now been a week with zero communication or follow-up. They did my vehicle a massive disservice, and I will not be returning. Customer beware.
