So, where do I even start This is my first time I have used Pro 1 Automotive. I've heard them advertising on the radio all the time and I finally decided to give them a try From the moment I walked in the door. It was a perfect experience The service advisor Paul greeted me and was quick and efficient I dropped the car at 9:30 AM and by 11 AM. They had already diagnosed the problem and had ordered the part By 1 PM the car was completely finished and ready for pick up. I am completely blown away by the level of service and how quickly the repair was done Secondly, I know how car repairs go these days and I was honestly expecting a repair of about $1000 When Paul called me back he told me it would be $490 total. I could hardly believe it This has become my new go to mechanic repair shop. Thank you for everything. Pro 1 Automotive and I will be back.
