Great staff and service!!

Pulled in here on a busy Friday afternoon, after a botched oil change. At ANOTHER place that I will not yet mention until I give them the chance to FIX the issue they caused. We were greeted almost immediately, met with very swiftly and I felt like my car was in good hands from the word "GO". I explained what I knew of my poor tiny tank's (2006 Honda Pilot) current issue and what transpired at the place prior. This was met with genuine care and concern. Fast forward to Monday morning and they called to gove me exact details of her prognosis. I was also provided a detailed billing statement with 2 options, due to the level of "fix" I wanted to go with. They had her fixed by Tuesday, mid-day!! Pricing was great, the employees we met in the office and encountered from the shop were all friendly. A million percent recommend these guys, go see Eddie and the team. They are great and actually care about you, your car and good old customer service. KUDOS EDDIE AND THE ENTIRE PRO 1 TEAM AND THANK YOU!!

Excellent service! Called, took our vehicle to their shop, received communication of issues in less than a few hours even though we had no appointment and to top it off, they were able to work us in for a same day service/repair. 100% recommend Pro1!

You guys always treat me good when I bring in my GMC Duramax for a smog and registering! The staff is considerate polite and if I have questions or concerns they’re always happy to help me! Same when I brought my Toyota Tacoma in for an oil change. It was on a Friday when I called to see if I can get my Toyota in for that oil change. The gentleman said that he couldn’t get me in that day how about Monday. I was hesitant because I’m on call for work all the time, he accommodated me and got me in that Friday afternoon. I really appreciated that. That’s good business.

They do a great job, they work fast, are customer service friendly, and are honest and upfront about what needs to be done, I don’t take my Diesel anywhere else.
