Went to Pro 1 for the first time for some significant repair work on my Ram 2500. Great communication from Paul at the service desk. They were able to diagnose and repair the issues promptly. Final invoice was even less than the original quote. Very happy with their customer service and expertise.

I was in there several times for a family member and Paul and the other gentleman greeted me when I entered. Every time. The lobby and waiting area where not what I expected. CLEAN,COMFORTABLE, lots of seating,large tv and CLEAN coffee maker with a variety of coffee pods.The work that needed to be done on my family members truck was done in timely manner and the cost was reasonable so when I needed my car worked on i took it to Pro1. They fixed it that day and final cost was $200 under quote. Pro1 is now my go to shop.
