Honest and good service I am decent with cars and do stuff myself. I brought my car for a few things that I couldn’t/didn’t want to do. They were very honest about the issues and upfront with costs and recommendations. There was easy potential for them to pull a scam, but they did not. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service and integrity I got from Pro1. Should any jobs come up that I can’t/won’t do, I will go out of my way to come here.

My fuel line broke when I was driving through Reno. I was disabled 6 hours from home. I looked up diesel mechanics, and Pro 1 was third down due to my location. I called the first two and they could not help me. I spoke to Paul at Pro 1, and he said, “bring it in, we will get you back on the road. I had it towed and it was too late to start the job. Paul said that they’d have it done by 1-2pm the next day as it would be a 4 hour job. The next morning at 11am, Paul called and said it was done. They must have started first thing in the morning. When I got there, the mechanic went over in detail what repairs were done. Everyone I talked to was very friendly, helpful and professional. I can’t recommend them enough.

Friends of mine who are long-time Reno residents recommended PRO 1 AUTOMOTIVE to me as I recently moved to Reno. I needed my brakes checked on my Lexus RX and they were on time with my appointment for my brake check. It took about an hour for the check, (which was no charge). Paul offered to do them the same day and the price was reasonable & competitive. They had someone from the shop give me a ride to my home; I picked it up at 4:30pm the same day and the brakes are smooth as silk! Mention your AAA discount if you have that. Would definitely recommend this establishment. Bravo!
