Fast service, friendly & knowledgeable service advisors. I have been using "Pro-1 Automotive" to L.O.F. (Lube, Oil & Filter changes) on my cars & trucks for years! They also offer a service for a small fee, to do your NV Registration Renewal after performing your smog check! Very convenient! Just adding to my previous post! They are still a fantastic automotive service & repair shop! 💜💜💜💜💜

Paul and Rachel really care about the customers as do the entire mechanic staff. My truck is running great from Pro1’s great staff. It’s rare a person can find a mechanic shop that can be trusted.

I brought my 2006 Chevy Avalanche to Pro1 and I was sure it needed a new fuel pump. As I turned the key to start the truck it made a loud, whining sound from the gas tank area. After the technician diagnosed things he called me to talk. The check engine light and error codes told him the truck needed a new master air flow sensor and thermostat. He didn't think the fuel pump needed to be done since the noise was not persistent. Well, repairs were made and I have been driving the truck for over a week with no issues. Time will tell regarding the fuel pump, but I really appreciate the technicians not just doing what I thought needed doing. Chaining the pump would have been a nice amount of additional labor cost added to the bill, but they didn't do that. I feel like they treated me like they would treat family, and I really appreciate that.

Rachel offered a fantastic customer experience over the phone when booking my appointment. Upon arrival, she was quite attentive, even with the details of the visit. When I inquired about further services for my SUV, she was able to book me in for the same week. I have used the same diesel shop for the last 4 years, until they relocated a bit too far for them to be remotely convenient any longer. This is my new go to, it should be yours as well.
