Well we will see how the work holds up, but so far no more oil leaking. I can tell you the service writer Paul gave me excellent customer service, and I must have called 20 times in two days and everyone was nice, where as I would have started getting annoyed . So great service and yes I will go back.

Great place, when everyone was busy.. I was nervous to drive car, they took the time out of their busy schedule to check my car and let me know if it was safe to drive.

Took care of my smog check and registration.

I just picked up my 2010 GMC 2500 and had a very large bill to pay - I am extremely glad I brought my truck to Pro 1. This was a massive electrical/communication/module failure problem and Pro 1 kept me informed through parts delays they had nothing to do with, extremely tedious diagnostic steps, and costs as the project went on. Bryan - my tech - was diligent and thoroughly researched issues as they developed. He met with me personally to walk through the process and explain what I should expect. He is an amazingly experienced tech who is humble enough to ask other experts for counsel in order to protect his customer and control costs. Thank you Bryan! Rachel and Paul at the front desk stayed in communication with me all along the way. Rachel was my main contact at initial check-in but they work as a team and both were so helpful. Thank you Rachel and Paul! I have used Pro 1 for regular maintenance like oil changes and smog checks - after this positive experience dealing with such a complicated issue which could have easily ballooned into an even bigger mess, Pro 1 is my shop. I highly recommend this business!

Incredible, made appointment, came to shop a week later, car was in the garage before paperwork was done. Called when part was needed apologized had to keep overnight. Called at 10:00 it was done. I have tried several independents and 2 dealers and they all were crooks and lies about it. These guys kept estimated price, kept me informed, and completed work as fast as possible. I will go to pro 1 every time I need work on my cars!
