We have been going to them with all of our cars for the past two years. Pro-1 Automotive team is consistent with reaching out via email to see how things are going or just to let us know it’s time to have our vehicles looked at, which is great, cause we are millennials and always need to be reminded to do our adulting. Next, I have to talk about Mr. Paul, or I like to call him Mr. Cool, his disposition is phenomenal, his customer service is stellar. I firmly believe his managerial talents, combined with outstanding customer service, is why Pro-1 Automotive is unmatched (Sorry, competitors) for auto (big or small) repairs. My husband and I will not go anywhere else, Pro-1 automotive of Reno, Nevada, is where we take our cars when they are not feeling well. My husband and I are thrilled with our most recent service (lug-nut replacement) and will undoubtedly be back again. Pro-1’s is pricing is very fair, and as a young family, this is important. So if you want to deal with honest, reliable, and good-natured guys, then take your auto down to the boys at Pro-1, and they will treat you the way you deserve to be treated, famous!!!
