As usual, I am very pleased with the service I received. This visit was in regards to a warranty issue. Without asking, a solution was proposed that is far beyond what I think I would have received from any other service facility. Additionally, rather than having to come back to have the problem evaluated, my truck was immediately diagnosed. I was offered to have the truck repaired that afternoon but could not leave it with them. A future appointment has been scheduled and I am sure I will again be pleased with the service.

I feel confident with Pro 1 when I bring my cars to them. I now have the whole family going to them. Thank you Pro 1! It means a lot to us.

I had something strange going on with my electrical system (wiper blades & blinkers, high beams), centered on the steering column. after a few hours of inspections, trying to pin point the problem. Pro-1 could not find any problems. It was probably my own assumption something was wrong. but there was not. Pro-1 released my car back to me with no charge for their investigation. I have found an Honest, Informative mechanic, i believe I can always trust in the future. Thanks
