This is a dog friendly business, I really enjoyed a nice furry fellow named Georgio while waiting for my diesel smog. Staff was great and wait times were short. I’m going to make an appointment to come back for a brake check because I like the service here.

Had a strange leak and the crew at Pro-1 squeezed me in within a couple days and found the problem. They always back their work as well. Only mechanics I trust in Reno.

They were awesome with a difficult electrical problem. They did what they promised and I am 100% satisfied. Paul is an excellent manager forthcoming and truthful.

The people here are professional and nice, they do a great job on smog, get you in-and-out as fast as they can. I haven't had any other work done there but if you need a diesel smog I recommend them over their competitor across the way.

Air conditioning unit was repaired in less time and less money quoted. Works great, thanks Rachael!!
