I brought my truck to Pro1 with what I thought was a wheel bearing problem. They checked it out, diagnosed the noise was the front differential, and the wheel bearing were in good shape. They kept me informed of their findings, parts delays, and of the progress. They were able to get my truck in the shop in a timely manner. Way better than the local dealership. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful, listened to what the issue was, and discussed everything without being condescending. I will definitely use Pro1 again.

I received an email from Pro One offering a coolant system flush for $149, so I made an appointment to have the service done, the man clerk tried to charge me over $200, but I called him on it and he then charged the correct amount

Same engine light and error code returned 3 months later. Called and my truck was in within the week. Picked it up today! An additional vacuum hose had split due to age. Issue was resolved quickly and under warranty! Easy, quick and professional! Very happy!
