I took my 2013 Chevy 3500HD to have the DEF heater replacement priced told the guy at the counter what the problem was and instead of giving me an estimate he said let me take a look at it. They call me and says it 1,700 I said what’s the break down of the charges Labor 3Hrs. X $202= $606 Parts $300 I said that does equal $1,700 he starts to stutter and says you need DEF Fluid as well First of all parts are 188.88 for GM parts not $300 $50 for DEF I didn’t want the repair done there this shop is as Shady as it gets he charge me $200 to put it on a scanner when I already told him what it needed He said at least you know what you need this guy is Dumb Stay away from this place they over charge people dealer is charging me $1,487 With no $200 scan charge

I made an appointment to have my car diagnosed for electrical problems encountered after the large snowstorm in our area and was given an approx. time for the diagnosis and was happy with the outcome as they were able to correct the problems and give me a detailed explanation for the problem and potential future problems I may face as well as estimated costs. The office staff and technical crew were very professional and helpful on all levels. I have had good results having my diesel truck smogged as well.
