They're so great here! Brought my car in for a check engine light. They told me that the part that has the problem is (somehow) still under warranty and the dealership should be able to fix it for free. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. Next time my car has a problem I'll definitely be coming back here. They absolutely have my trust!

Dropped off my truck, and they were ready for me at the counter. They got back to me when completed with no extra charges or add ons. Bought a used truck and the AC was not working, they could have easily said it needed a whole new system, but found it was just a valve and recharged - works great.

As usual, I am very pleased with the service I received. This visit was in regards to a warranty issue. Without asking, a solution was proposed that is far beyond what I think I would have received from any other service facility. Additionally, rather than having to come back to have the problem evaluated, my truck was immediately diagnosed. I was offered to have the truck repaired that afternoon but could not leave it with them. A future appointment has been scheduled and I am sure I will again be pleased with the service.

I feel confident with Pro 1 when I bring my cars to them. I now have the whole family going to them. Thank you Pro 1! It means a lot to us.
