Horrible customer service! This place is a joke. Went in for a smog. Failed Visual inspection but they still smogged it anyways and it failed due to visual failure. Then proceeded to charge for smog that should have been halted due to visual inspection failure. Won’t ever go back to this place. Paul and the other girl were zero help. Worried about the owners bottom line rather than customers safety and sanity.

How does Pro-1 Automotive justify a $91 oil change. I really love the surprise added to my bill "Shop Supplies" $5.95. $35 oil change, $40.50 for parts, not to mention "shop supplies"- WOW!

Mr Hoel for the $35 labor Pro 1 not only performs an oil change but we also we also perform a 24 Point Inspection/Test on Filters, Brakes and Suspension, this report is sent to you along with pictures of the items. We believe that our customers want and need this information. Keeping customers informed of their vehicle condition is our policy. . Shop supplies are charged on each vehicle which includes topping off fluids, protective interior supplies, rags etc.

I have great respect for quality service, quality parts, quality support and communication. Rachel was so awesome helping me organize the many services I knew my 2007 Toyota Tacoma needed. Dustin (dd01) was awesome to explain to me all the inspections, repairs, old parts, and services completed. I will definitely be back for my other ongoing Toyota OEM recommended services.
