We choose Pro-1 Automotive, you may ask? For many reasons, however, but specifically for this review, we will only talk about the highlights. These guys here CARE and are the best. We have been going to them with all of our cars for the past two years. Pro-1 Automotive team is consistent with reaching out via email to see how things are going or just to let us know it’s time to have our vehicles looked at, which is great, cause we are millennials and always need to be reminded to do our adulting. Next, I have to talk about Mr. Paul, or I like to call him Mr. Cool, his disposition is phenomenal, his customer service is stellar. I firmly believe his managerial talents, combined with outstanding customer service, is why Pro-1 Automotive is unmatched (Sorry, competitors) for auto (big or small) repairs. My husband and I will not go anywhere else, Pro-1 automotive of Reno, Nevada, is where we take our cars when they are not feeling well. My husband and I are thrilled with our most recent service (lug-nut replacement) and will undoubtedly be back again. Pro-1’s is pricing is very fair, and as a young family, this is important. So if you want to deal with honest, reliable, and good-natured guys, then take your auto down to the boys at Pro-1, and they will treat you the way you deserve to be treated, famous!!! Had my car up on the lift in a matter of minutes to help me diagnose where my exhaust leak was coming from on my Cadillac,& did it free of charge also recommended a muffler shop that could fix the leak

Would recommend this place for all your automotive service repair. Fair prices. Friendly staff

Always good service. So good this time I was convinced I need a new car. Will have to go the dealer for service for a while.

Quick and professional

Very Quick service for a smog

I've been taking my car to Pro1 for smog checks, oil changes, and regular maintenance. They are nearby and I've found them to be quick, honest, and helpful every time I've gone. Smogs are typically done super quick (you stay in the car) at the side of the building. I scheduled an appointment for my most recent oil change (I don't remember if had to do that last time, or if it's a new policy due to COVID) a couple days ahead of time, dropped it off and they called once it was ready. They even text a link with a report telling you the things that are good/okay/need work, so that you can plan for next time. I've taken it to them when my car said I need an oil change (though I had had one recently) and they took a look and said that they had just forgotten to reset the meter and didn't charge me for it. And this time they said I should get the front differential serviced, but upon further inspection that would require a big transmission change, etc due to the way my car is built, so they recommended I do it next time and didn't charge me for that either. I like them a lot and will continue going to them.

When I made the appointment last week I was told that the service I needed would take about an hour...and it did! Almost to the minute it was an hour after I gave them the keys til they called me back to the counter and the work was finished. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I'm certainly going to return next time my car is due for service. Thanks Pro 1 for a courteous, punctual, and professional visit.

Always great communication and speedy service. We are confident every time we take my daughters’ cars in for work that we will be taken care of.
