Their service seems to be very thorough. They are very nice did discuss the additional services I needed. I didn't ask, but will next time, why it took 2 hours to service the car especially when I had an appointment. I know it did take a little additional time because I needed a new battery, but 2 hours! I do recommend them to take care of your vehicle.

Pro 1 does an inspection on all vehicles that we service, we believe the customer deserves to have information on the condition and possible items that may need to be addressed in the future. Th reason your Mazda took longer is the Battery was more labor intensive to remove and install, but yes 2 hours was to long, should have been done in about an hour and 15 min. We will do better next time, Thanks Ruthie for the input we appreciate it.

I am very happy with the service I received at Pro One. They are honest, prices are goods, they communicate well, time efficient and overall, they treat you well and with much respect. They are so much better than Christiansen automotive, who ripped me off badly. I will from now on take all of my auto’s to Pro One.

Terrie we know customers come to us by choice and we strive to provide them with a good experience . At times it can be a challenge with parts and unknown labor issues. but respect is never an issue. Thank you!

Great work. Staff is always happy, they go above and beyond to help, or answer any questions you may have. Fair prices on the work they do. Pro 1 is my shop of choice for my diesel truck! Oh..... and fantastic communication to their customers!
