I needed an oil change for my F350 last minute on a Friday afternoon. The team at Pro1 squeezed me into the schedule and did a fantastic and thorough job. In addition to the oil and filter they also determined I was due for air and fuel filters, coolant additive, wiper blades, etc all of which were done in a very efficient time frame. In no way were they cutting corners because of being in a hurry to get out for the day. I appreciate their customer friendly approach as well as the thoroughness of their service. That's why I bring all my vehicles to these guys! Thanks.

We setup an appointment to get a vehicle the basic services. After dropping off the vehicle, we received a call that they wouldn't be able to work on our vehicle as the one they thought we were dropping off was smaller than it is. The service manager went out of his way to call around and find a shop that could take care of us. Even after all of that, they decide to take the challenge and work on our vehicle. They provided excellent customer service and we greatly appreciated that.

The truck is back in service. They got it done quickly. What else is there to say?

For my oil change I requested Rotella T6. Your guys installed Delo 400 instead. You also could not rotate my tires.

Tried this place for my first service after my dealership warranty ran out. Great service at fair prices. Love that they didn't try to sell me things that didn't need to be done. They also got me in right away which I really appreciate.

It was the best experience I have had. They are experienced and did not try to give me something I did not need. They are honest and very customer minded. I will always take my car here for work. Paul is great to work with and kept me informed all along the way.
