Have taken my 2500 in for smog for the last three years and the service was great...in and out quickly. Last week I had to have the truck towed in after it died in a left turn lane. It was late in the day and they gave me a ride home and promised a call in the morning. The call came in morning and they told me that they tested the batteries and found one ok and the other very weak, put it on charger over night and it still tested weak. Recommended replacement and since the batteries we 5+ years old I agreed. They also noted that the fuel filter was leaking and was sucking in air. Fixed that and I was able to pick up truck that day. Paul and Gian were great and gave me options and advice. I highly recommend Pro-1!

I came to this city/state over 20 yrs ago, have upgraded/changed vehicles, three times with them. I still, unfortunately pronounce, by Friends, incorrectly the name of my state😄; NEVERTHELESS, GBO1,..from 4 mths ago, remembered ME and my battery issue, AND IMMEDIATELY RESOLVED MY BATTERY PROBLEM!!!!!! Yes, there were additional, complicating, circumstances, associated with my auto troubles; HOWEVER, as I write, 20 plus yrs and counting, PRO ONE, continues to be MY friend,..though I have lost my weekend service with them,...CLOSED..SUPERMAN...

Best Customer service I have ever received

Some of the nicest people I have ever met in Nevada. We were here waiting to drop off a vehicle, and the owner came out and invited us in, and they were having a big barbecue and gave us an amazing chicken barbecue with cokes, and talked with us for awhile. Really nice people and really good environment.

Had an issue with a brake light bulb. I replaced it and still did not work. Paul fixed it quickly and built a Customer relationship. Amazing, this place will be my go to from now on and I will refer all in our Office.

Best place ever, great facility, friendly knowledgeable service. Five stars!
