Pulled in here with a check engine light. Was looking to have them read the OBD . They were very busy with paying customers but they were more than happy to help. They started up the computer hooked her up, and give me the codes on paper. Very nice place, friendly staff, would highly recommend them.

Tried going to Sierra diesel and was met with lazy employees who after 15 minutes of waiting never came to help me. Went to Pro-1 and was helped out immediately. Fast and friendly.

I took my Xb in for the 100,000 service. I was impressed the cleanliness of the shop and waiting room. The staff was super friendly and was willing to work around my tough schedule. My Xb run like it did when I bought it in 2008 with 15 mile on it. It's great to know a mechanic I can trust to keep my car safe on the road. Thank you Pro 1 Auto

I cannot write enough positive things about Pro-1. We had extensive issues with a Dodge 3500. It took some time to get the parts, and complete the labor. Chuck was awesome. He called every with with an update and we couldn't be happier with the results. Well done P1!!!

Horrible experience with them and front end staff. They couldn't even keep the original date that was set to work on my duramax and called the day before to try and move it.

Traveling from WA to Yosemite hauling a 25-foot travel trailer and had an issue with the car. Although this shop was backed up 1-2 weeks they got our car on the rack within 30 minutes to diagnose the problem. Owner of the shop made calls around town until he found a muffler shop that could get us in right away. And only changed us for 30-minutes labor instead of the hour minimum. THANKS! Honest and would definitely go back to them. Highly recommend!

Good independent repair & service facility. Not the cheapest in town, but they know their stuff.

Had to call several times to get status ,updates on my vehicle. Then they give me a quote for a new engine install, after 3 more calls, for $8000.00. (On a gen 1 tacoma). Obviously, they didnt want my business. When i got home and popped the hood, to inspect, i noticed 2 greasy shop rags under the hood. Try defending that.
