i had my steering fixed at pro one for a reasonable price of around 1100 hundred dollars. two weeks later went on a trip this memorial weekend to Oregon and on the way back we lost our steering. my little yorkie wanted out of the truck so we pulled over. thank you little dog. that is when our steering feel out of our truck. NO STEERING!!!! So grate full we were not still driving and had an accident possible killing ourselves and a family camping, as it was on 89 by lake Brittney. we had no service for our phones. luckily we found shelter at a camp site costing me only 119$. the tow was 854$ to get back to Reno to pro one. they fixed the problem with in a few hours, of course for free. also paid in full my tow bill without problem. of course i love their service. problems happen. i will continue to use them!!!! so my point is, no matter who works on your car get under it and check it out. people do forget to tighten a bolt or such. BE PRO ACTIVE.also they did not pay the 119 for my room cost.

They're so great here! Brought my car in for a check engine light. They told me that the part that has the problem is (somehow) still under warranty and the dealership should be able to fix it for free. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. Next time my car has a problem I'll definitely be coming back here. They absolutely have my trust!
