We setup an appointment to get a vehicle the basic services. After dropping off the vehicle, we received a call that they wouldn't be able to work on our vehicle as the one they thought we were dropping off was smaller than it is. The service manager went out of his way to call around and find a shop that could take care of us. Even after all of that, they decide to take the challenge and work on our vehicle. They provided excellent customer service and we greatly appreciated that.

The truck is back in service. They got it done quickly. What else is there to say?

For my oil change I requested Rotella T6. Your guys installed Delo 400 instead. You also could not rotate my tires.

John sorry for the miscommunication, we would be happy to make the change with the Rotella T6. Bring it back and we will make it right for you. As far as the rotate is concerned your camper is extremely heavy and the Service Drive rack couldn't handle the weight. The main shop could do this for you with an appointment.

Tried this place for my first service after my dealership warranty ran out. Great service at fair prices. Love that they didn't try to sell me things that didn't need to be done. They also got me in right away which I really appreciate.
