The team at Pro1 has pulled us out of a bad spot again! Our truck has fully broken down twice, both times towing our trailer. The previous owner added a lot of towing bells and whistles, and unfortunately they caused more harm than good. Pro1 diagnosed that as the issue and removed some portions, eliminating the problem. Most recently we lost a belt. We lost power steering and brakes coming into town in the evening. Our first thought was to get it to Pro1. We somehow managed to get it to their shop (miraculously!). We were fortunate for the timing and that they are right of the freeway. They had it fixed the next day!

We love the service, the expertise of Pro 1. Every once in awhile we have an issue to be checked. They do it willingly and without charge. The car is always finished as promised with a very reasonable bill.
