A guy named Paul helped me out. He called me once they found the problem and told me the price and what the issue was. He was very professional. He was great and very friendly. And the mechanics are very quick to fix the issue. I will definitely recommend this shop and will only be going here from now on.

Great experience all the way around; customer service, great communication, courteous, friendly quick and efficient. Great documentation also for the service and full safety inspection. Clean waiting room. Just something you don’t see too much anymore. It was a real pleasure having work done on my Ram diesel truck there. This will be my go to in the future. Highly recommend!

Mechanics did great, but when I came to pick up my truck, I was told it was not ready right after my ride left. I asked if I could get a ride home, they said no. I’m 60 years old & disabled. I told them I would have to walk home to Sparks. The girl just shrugged and walked away to help the next customer. I had to walk home in a cold February night without a coat since my truck was not finished on time. I tried Uber but none available at that time, had to walk. Thank you pro 1 for caring about your customers.
