When I was waiting (only about 40 mins) for my oil change and tune-up on my diesel truck, the staff treated everyone who came in with a smile, promptly and efficiently. My wife and I were passing through Reno on our way to our new home in Idaho when our truck broke down. We had a deadline to sign paperwork for our home. I called and talked to Paul and explained our situation. Paul told me to get our truck to him and he would do his best to get us back on the road.
