We were stranded when our Ram diesel truck broke down on our way from Utah to California to help with a family medical emergency and my 50 year high school reunion. AAA towed us to Pro-1 Automotive. We are retired and have our own health issues. They knew how far away from home and desperate our situation was. They went beyond exceptional service by including kindness and understanding. Somehow they found a way to fit us into their schedule. They had the problem diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. Also the cost was much less than I expected. They are my hero’s! I am beyond grateful. Mechanic’s with big hearts!
