Brought my 2003 Chevy Duramax diesel one-ton in to diagnose a "check engine" fault with EGR system. They found a simple solenoid fix and good to go. I also had all my driveline fluids changed (front & rear differential plus transmission). Reasonably priced and I appreciate that the service team kept me informed all the way. I will continue to take my truck there for service.

They were friendly and courteous. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I brought in my diesel for a smog check without an appointment and they got me right in. I'll be returning for repairs if needed and for future smog checks.

Very helpful and welcome people . I needed to do my fuel filter change, I was driving thru the city . everyone else were packed for couple days. And that helped me out

I always do my diesel smog test at Pro 1, they're always prompt and at a very fair price. Plus, it's really cool to watch them spin the truck up to freeway RPM's on the Dyno! I recently discovered coolant system leaks on my truck that I could not repair at home due to HOA restrictions. They did an excellent job and again at a very fair price. Thank you Rachel, Paul, Ryan, and any other techs who worked on the truck! After I left, the truck through a "check engine" light on my way home. I called and Rachel had me return immediately and Ryan scanned it as soon as I arrived. We discovered that an air pocket in the Secondary Coolant System caused a sensor to give an unmatched fault. Ryan topped of the coolant, cleared the code, ran real-time diagnostics to ensure proper sensor voltage and no leaks. The truck runs great! Also, I always do my diesel smog checks there. Have always had prompt service at a fair price. Thanks again, I'll see you in May 2023 when the truck is due for another smog!
