They won't do the tie rods in my truck cause apparently it's too old. To clarify I told them that the truck has been completely rebuilt and that most of the parts on my truck are brand new just the tie rods are stuck. The only old part that was still on the steering was the two inner tie rods because the front end was completely rebuilt. They are easier to change and get to compared to new cars. What is disappointing is that I was told a lot of good things about these guys but they couldn't even take the time to look at it. Funny how rnr did the job in an hour and didn't break anything or have any issues.
Thank you for the review. It is not about being lazy that we chose to work on 1995 and newer vehicles Mr. Preston. To clarify our reason - the issue we often come across with repairing or replacing parts on older vehicles is that often more parts break, are seized or too worn, to access the component you want replaced, that were not part of your original concern, and it becomes the shops responsibility to cover or replace these parts. We have been in the business for over 30 years, so we have come across this situation multiple times. We pride ourselves on being very transparent with our customers and do not want to waste their time or their money. Thank you again for the review. - Pro 1 Automotive.
