As always, Pro 1 has kept me up to date, by informing me of work that may need to be addressed! I take my car in and they make sure all is good! They are always so helpful and make sure my vehicle is top notch! If, you are handicapped, as I am, it’s nice noing, I am going to be safe, because of the great work they do, for me!! The staff, is the best, as well!!

Left oil filter loose after oil change. Took 2days to do oil change and tire rotation even though I had appointment. Replaced gears in rear end and had to bring back for leaks. Brakes were replaced and had to bring back for calipers leaking. Not a good shop

Fantastic shop. I had to get my front rotors and brake pads replaced. After I got the car back I noticed a pulsation coming from the wheels still and shaking the whole car. They took the car back in and immediately went to work and saw that the rear rotors need to be smoothed out but pads were good. They fixed issue overnight. very happy with the quality, communication, and timeliness. Will be my go to for all things now on.

Brought my car to Pro 1 because of a failed smog test and leaky radiator. I was greeted quickly and smoothly checked in the vehicle. The repair was done at an extremely reasonable price. They also gave me a price on another issue they found. The Pro 1 staff is professional and extremely competent. I felt like they treated me like I was a friend who needed their car repaired. I highly recommend Pro 1.

They have put two gear boxes in our truck both fail and we have the reciet to show it’s within the covered time and they still will not replace it on the warranty because it’s the second one to fail. Like that’s our fault they used bad parts from Napa instead of AC Delco for the steering box. They almost killed us on the first one because they forgot to put the charter pen in. I do not think we will use them again

We have gone to Pro One for about 3 years now. All very good experiences and very practical servicing. No fluff. Good people. A little background: Recently, my 58 yr old husband was diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia. His memory will likely be in tact, unlike Alzheimer’s, until the disease takes him. (Bruce Willis has the speech Varient of the same type of dementia.) This dementia shrinks the front and sides of the brain and my husband has behavioral difficulties. Initiation of a task, lack of executing a function, severe apathy. Can’t decide. Can’t drive anymore. I shared with Paul and Rachel our recent blow of news to our lives and said, “So, all the care of the vehicles is on me now.” Paul looked at me, leaned in, and said, “You and ME. You are strong and WE will do this together.” He didn’t know it but I sat there waiting for my car with tears in my eyes. Paul and Rachel are really good people. Extremely knowledgeable. Took the time to show me what the car needed now but also what could wait and how long to plan for certain things. Always so fair. Professional and caring. Thank you Pro One. You’ll never know what a lighthouse you have already been as I’m trying to navigate a cloudy journey ahead for us. You make a difference.
