This was my first visit to Pro1 Automotive. It was a recommendation from a few of my clients and colleagues after reviewing other local options and the great reviews of Pro1. I have great respect for quality service, quality parts, quality support and communication. Rachel was so awesome helping me organize the many services I knew my 2007 Toyota Tacoma needed. Dustin (dd01) was awesome to explain to me all the inspections, repairs, old parts, and services completed. I will definitely be back for my other ongoing Toyota OEM recommended services. Diagnosed oil leak and repaired quickly and efficiently. Explained how they'd figured it out, and had me come in a week later to doublecheck everything was right. Just what you'd hope for in car repair.

They had my truck for 2 days, the bill was just under $3500 they did not fix the issue I took it in for. Very disappointed with their work. I wouldn't recommend them 🤬 They also charged me to fix an oil leak and after driving the truck once it still leaks. I asked them to get a steering gear box and I would take it back as every other part has been charged. All I got was argument. Biggest rip off by an auto shop I've ever experienced.

Much, nicer than the other diesel smog check place nearby. Nice people, clean, restroom, comfortable waiting area. Overheard comment to customer "Based on your vehicle's service records and milage, your fuel doesn't need replacing." Be prepared for a wait or to leave your truck, they are very busy.
