I go to Pro 1 because I feel they are honest! Persuaded to try couple others. Nope, if service they cover its Pro 1 for me! Unfortunately dont do engine light issues so dealer visit or smog check on new diesel so advised me where to go. Being older woman I trust Rachel and Paul not to take advantage of me. Though busy they are friendly, helpful, answer & explain, give quotes and referrals when necessary. Pro 1 waiting room is comfortable & clean and now have a shuttle service which is a lifesaver for me! I dont stress when I have appointment with Pro 1 and rue the day they cant take me. If youre not using Pro 1 youre losing out!

The crew at Pro 1 worked to repair a difficult problem on our Dodge Journey. Even though it was intermittent they didn't give up and Paul kept us informed about the progress during the whole process. They were very busy with ongoing appointments but made time to keep on the issue until it was resolved and were very fair about the charges even though the time spent was much longer than just what it took the replace the parts. Amazing people and place. They are always on point and have taken great care of my Chevy Cavalier. My Chevy runs so smooth and good now. Their inspections are top notch and helped me to identify things before they became a problem, which I am truly thankful for. Highly recommend them to everyone!
