I was able to get an appointment for an oil change within two days for my diesel truck. On the day of the appointment they were friendly and professional. I didnt have to wait very long and I was on my way.

I came to Pro 1 after being told my truck had an oil leak during a routine oil change elsewhere. I hadn’t noticed any signs until later when oil started leaking. Turns out the drain plug hadn’t been replaced, which should have been done with the oil change. After fixing that, my check engine light came on. I called Paul at Pro 1, explained everything, and he immediately suspected it was tied to the previous low oil level. He offered to clear the warning light for free to see if that resolved it, and it did. No pressure, no runaround, just honest and helpful service. I’ve found my new go-to shop.
