I can only say this, this is the only shop I will take all my vehicles I've been to a few others shops including Dealer . I deal mainly with Paul and have never had a concern with the work being done. Thanks Paul and all the crew at Pro one Automotive.

I have been coming here for a long time and no complaints. I have a 7.3 liter Ford F250 and I am the original owner. The truck is a 1999 with 230,000 and purrs like a kitten.

Our vehicle overheated. We were towed from Loveluck NV to Pro 1 automotive based on a referral from AAA. This took place late Wednesday night prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. We used the night drop and scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning, when the shop reopened. Dustin and his staff were able to quickly diagnose the issue with our car. It turned out that the radiator cap had broken and the spring was inside the radiator. They were able to retrieve the spring supply, new radiator cap and replenish the coolant. They also supplied us with additional coolant for our trip back to California just in case. It was a challenging/frustrating experience for the holidays for sure with a positive ending and that the repair was far less expensive than we thought it might be. And most importantly, we were able to make it safely back to California. Much thanks to Dustin and his staff!
