Extremely helpful, friendly, and honest every step of the way! I brought my 2010 Mazdaspeed 3 in after fighting a random misfire for weeks. They were able to diagnose and offer me great advice and recommendations that resolved the random misfire. They even managed to find an electrical issue that was extremely elusive to me, granted I'm no mechanic and was ready to bash my head through a wall trying to figure it out on my own haha. From start to finish, Pro 1 was extremely helpful, respectful, and honest without breaking the bank. Integrity is hard to come by these days and this was my first experience with Pro 1, I'd rate 10 stars if I could. My Mazda is no easy car to dig into, but they absolutely nailed it. Paul, you are the man!! Highly recommend getting your service done at Pro 1, you will not be disappointed.

I called in with a few questions, and I was hung up on. I glad that happened because, that action shows disrespect. Bad attitudes matter especially to new customers. Thank you.

The name says it all.... They are Professional and my number 1 choice for automotive repair. We have over 50 trucks in our fleet and any time there is a problem we can't handle internally they get it done. They are also our go to for smog.
