First of all, all of the very friendly staff made me feel comfortable with the shop from the very beginning! While It took a fair amount of time to get my truck in, it is a very busy shop! There is a night drop to make it convenient to drop my truck off after hours. The work was done quickly and apparently very well, my truck got all of its power back and the rest of my many concerns were addressed including another problem concerning my steering and brake system that they brought to my attention. There was 3 or 4 phone calls, including an estimate, during the whole process, all of which were professional and informative. I even got a thorough explanation of the work done, was shown the parts replaced, they even let me park my other car there until my cousin got off work to pick it up. I would recommend the shop because I feel they appreciate their customers and do great work!
