Pro 1 Automotive in Reno is great. Easy to get appointments and they take of your equipment. They always use plastic covers to protect my leather seats. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When I check out I am provided with a vehicle report card so I know if there may be something coming up that needs to be taken care of.

Took a little longer than expected but the repairs were done correctly as always with friendly service.

Major service was scheduled and completed on time. Everything seems to be running great.

My decision to have ALL my services done at Pro-1 already is paying dividends. During the oil change they managed to notice that one of my headlight beams was not working. It was replaced in no time at all and with only the very reasonable charge for the lamp. This was service above and beyond the competition. Thank You!
